Physical World Map
The National Geographic World Physical Ocean Floor map shows country boundaries and major cities. On it you can also find terrain features such as the Kalahari Desert, the Kazakh Uplands, Betpak Dala, the Carpathian Mountains, the Canadian Shield, and the Matogrosso Plateau. The features on this map of the ocean floor stand out using pictorial shading emphasizing underwater trenches, fracture zones, and mid-ocean ridges. This map of the ocean floor also includes four inset maps: prevailing winds, ocean currents, the earth's crust, and the earth's extremes. It is available in two sizes: small, measuring 43" x 30", or large, which measures 49" x 70".
