New York City Antique Map | Shopping District

A splendid New York City Antique Map from the late 1940's titled "Hagstrom's Map of New York Theaters, Hotels and Shopping District".  This is an original lithograph print, still attached to its original cover with great building detail for Downtown New York City from a different era!  The map covers from Central Park and 61st Street on the north, south to 26th Street and 8th Avenue on the west, east to 1st Avenue.  

This New York City Antique Map features building names and are color coded to match the map legend that identifies churches, clubs, shops, hospitals, hotels, museums, night clubs, office buildings and as the title states....theatres!

Also shown is an inset of the Greater New York area illustrating the different boroughs and highlighting the coverage of the main map in relation to the larger area.
